If you need to change the name on the order, you’ll need to login to http://events.ticketbooth.com.au/ and use the email address you used to purchase and the password that would have been emailed to you.
If you didn’t receive your password or have lost the email click the Forgot your password? link underneath the Log In Button.
Once you successfully updated the name on the order, you can then go ahead and resend a receipt to your correct email address.
Note: This does not change the name on the tickets
