This tutorial is showing how to customise the customer Receipt email.
Adding the Event header
The event header can be applied to the customers receipt:
- Click the Manage button at the top of the admin panel.
- Click the Templates button on the right side of the screen.
Mark “Show on Email”
Adding additional text to the email
Additional text can be added to the customer receipt:
- Click the Event button at the top of the admin panel.
- Click on the event that you wish to customize the receipt page for.
- Click the “Edit” on the top of the screen.
- Click on “Step 3” of the event edit page.
Click the Edit Event Advanced Setting to set a response address.
Mark “Additional receipt text” and add the text below.
