This tutorial is showing how to customise the customer Receipt email.

Adding the Event header

The event header can be applied to the customers receipt:

  • Click the Manage button at the top of the admin panel.
  • Click the Templates button on the right side of the screen.

Adding additional text to the email

Additional text can be added to the customer receipt:

  1. Click the Event button at the top of the admin panel.
  2. Click on the event that you wish to customize the receipt page for.
  3. Click the “Edit” on the top of the screen.
  4. Click on “Step 3” of the event edit page.



Click the Edit Event Advanced Setting to set a response address.

Mark “Additional receipt text” and add the text below.
