Step-by-step Instructions:

Step 1: Use the Quick Search tool located on the top left corner of the admin page and enter the customer information and then click on the customer name you wish to view.

Note: You can also search for customers under the Customer tab located on the top of the admin panel and then use search on the top of the menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the Sale ID and you will be directed to the Sale details.

Step 3: Click on Swap Seats located on the top panel of Sale Details.

Note: Please note the Seat number and Event ID before proceeding.

Step 4: Select the current seats booked and click:

Swap within this Event – if new seats are still within the same session

Swap with a Different Event – if new seats are for a different session date/time

Step 5: You will then click the new seats and click Select Seats to finish.

*Update Barcodes on New tickets – checking this will result in the new tickets having new barcodes.
