Resend Receipt To A Different / Updated Email Address

This video tutorial will show you how to resend a receipt to a different email address. Please make sure to verify/match account information before sending tickets out.

Step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Use the Quick Search tool located on the top left corner of the admin page and enter the customer information and then click on the customer name you wish to view.

Note: You can also search for customers under the Customer tab located on the top of the admin panel and then use search on the top of the menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the Sale ID and you will be directed to the Sale details.

Step 3: Click the pen tool beside “Email on Order” and a page will pop-up allowing you to update the email address on the account.

Step 4: Click on update.

Step 5: From the top of the sales page select “Resend Receipt” and choose the updated email address.

Step 6: Click Send.
