Your Online Ticketing Handbook

This week we introduced our Knowledge Base to the repertoire of features setting Ticketbooth aside from the rest. The Knowledge Base is our built-in help centre designed to guide you through your Ticketbooth journey. We have kitted it out with in-depth resources and how-to guides to make sure your most pressing questions are answered promptly.

How Does it Work? 

You’ll now see a blue circular question mark in the bottom left corner of your Ticketbooth admin account. From here you can explore categories from Getting Started, all the way to Marketing, Events, Reporting, Box Office & On-Site and more. The Knowledge Base is intuitive, so it will display the guides it deems to be most relevant to the tab you’re viewing in your Ticketbooth account.

It recognises patterns in how it’s being used, so will prompt you with the help guides it knows to be most popular and relevant to you. For example, if you lose your way while setting up a coupon, you can open KB for recommended articles on different types of coupons and how to create them. There’s also an autofill function to help shave time off your search, so you can find the answers you’re looking for with minimum interaction.

 

Ticketbooth Support

While you’ll still be able to contact the Ticketbooth support team if you need to, we have logged answers to the most commonly asked questions so you can get the answers you need with no wait time. Our Knowledge Base is a work in progress, and we will continuously add new resources and update current articles to help you best utilise the Ticketbooth platform. This way you’ll be able to access the most comprehensive, accurate information, 24/7.

Refer to the Knowledge Base from the widget within your Ticketbooth account, or you can choose to view the help guides from the website here.  If you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can Request Support to contact us directly from the Knowledge Base. Your feedback is important to us, so you are invited to send Article Feedback to help us continuously improve, plus you can Submit a Bug if you notice something that looks askew.
